About the Role

• We are a fast-growing real estate company in Abuja looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with Video Editing experience to own our online presence and bring our properties to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Plan, develop and execute social media content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Video Editing: Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos – property tours, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes, reels, and ads using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build community around our brand
• Paid Ads: Run and optimize Meta ads to generate leads for property sales and site inspections
• Brand Growth: Track performance, analyze insights, and grow followers, engagement, and lead generation monthly
• Trends: Stay on top of real estate + social media trends and adapt them to our brand voice

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years managing social media for a brand, agency, or real estate company preferred
• Video Skills: Proven video editing skills. Portfolio required. Must be comfortable shooting on phone + editing
• Tools: Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Meta Business Suite. Knowledge of analytics tools is a plus
• Knowledge: Understanding of the Abuja real estate market is a huge advantage
• Skills: Excellent copywriting, creative eye, organized, and able to work fast under deadlines
• Education: OND / B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field.
