Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and properly label customers’ laundry
• Sort clothes according to colour, fabric and washing requirements
• Operate washing and drying equipment
• Wash, dry, fold and iron clothes appropriately
• Assist with stain treatment where necessary
• Package completed laundry neatly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the laundry facility
• Handle customers’ belongings with care
• Report damaged items or equipment issues to the Manager
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of Secondary School Certificate
• Previous laundry experience is an advantage
• Must be hardworking, honest and reliable
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Must be physically fit and willing to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Applicants must reside within the Egbelu, Ogbogoro, Iwofe or Eliopranwo axis.
