Teritorial Sales Manager

BONS Industries Limited is a reputable food processing company looking for the service of an experienced and professional food scientist that can formulate multiple spices for our food processing company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years’ sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory/management role, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets/customers.
• Strong skills in sales management, negotiation, customer relationship management, market development, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/CRM systems is an advantage.
