HR / Admin Officer

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to secure top talent.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Maintain updated manpower planning aligned with operational and expansion needs.

Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and implement structured learning programs.
• Develop operational SOP-based training materials.
• Track training participation, effectiveness, and time-to-productivity metrics.

Performance Management:

• Oversee the performance management system and timelines.
• Support department leads in setting and reviewing employee performance goals.
• Analyze performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
• Manage grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.
• Advise management on employee morale, retention, and welfare strategies.

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Maintain HR records, including attendance, leave, and payroll data.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (PAYE, pensions, etc.).
• Periodically review and update HR policies to reflect best practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Support payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
• Review salary structures and recommend adjustments aligned with market competitiveness.
• Manage employee benefits and recognition programs.

Organizational Development & Reporting:

• Provide HR analytics and insights to support management decision-making.
• Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning.
• Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to management.
