Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
  • Handle customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvement.
  • Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
