Job Purpose

  • To oversee daily retail operations, drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, manage store teams, and maintain operational efficiency and profitability across retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop retail staff.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and loss prevention.
  • Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analyze performance reports and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of retail operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office.
