Job Purpose
- To oversee daily retail operations, drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, manage store teams, and maintain operational efficiency and profitability across retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Supervise, coach, and develop retail staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and loss prevention.
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze performance reports and recommend improvements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of retail operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office.
