- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual content across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into effective visual strategies.
- Create dynamic and engaging motion video content aligned with brand objectives.
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies during brainstorming sessions.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure project success.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for visual differentiation.
- Present visual concepts and strategies effectively to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in art direction within a digital agency.
- Strong skills in motion graphics and video content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and digital design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
