Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative and office support tasks efficiently
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation
  • Coordinate daily office activities and schedules
  • Assist with order processing and customer follow-ups
  • Recommend suitable products/services to customers based on their needs
  • Convince and engage customers effectively to drive sales
  • Follow up on leads and successfully close sales
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized administrative processes
  • Ensure professional communication and excellent customer service at all times
  • Support overall business operations and team coordination.

Qualification
