Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Job Summary
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Conduct installation and gas welding of Split AC units.
- Demonstrate experience in HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Follow service standards, work instructions, and meet customers’ requirements.
- Provide assistance with customers’ inquiries.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification or a trade test certification with 5 – 8 years’ work experience as an AC Technician
- Proficiency in working with various HVAC systems like Air Conditioners, Refrigerator units and heating pumps
- Strong skills in connecting pipes, brazing copper pipes, and insulating ducts effectively
- Ability to work independently, or as part of a team excellent communication.
