Data Analyst

Position Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3–6 years of professional experience.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in complex data sets.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support forecasting and strategic planning.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Exposure to machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
