Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to produce engaging visual and video content for our real estate brand across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• The role focuses on building strong online visibility, driving audience engagement, and supporting lead generation through consistent, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging daily content across social media platforms
• Shoot and edit short-form videos and visual content
• Capture property photos and lifestyle content
• Monitor trends and adapt content to current social media formats
• Manage audience engagement and community interactions

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in social media content creation
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Rush or similar)
• Good photography skills using smartphone and basic lighting
• Strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok trends
• Ability to shoot, edit, and publish content independently
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop)
