Leisure court Nigeria Limited is a Nigerian real-estate development and property company that operates primarily in Abuja, Lagos and Akure. It’s a privately held firm in the housing and construction sector focused on real estate development, property sales, building services and infrastructure projects.

 

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Present and promote company properties to prospective clients.
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and market feedback.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of Abuja and/or Lagos property markets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
