Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu and dietary requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen manager and all kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and delivery of meals.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, or equivalent.
- Catering school training or relevant certification is a plus.
- Strong passion for cooking and providing quality meals.
- Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a school or institutional setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
