Fortis Mobile Money is a convenient, secure and actual account for all mobile phone users to send money and transact.

 

Role Objective

  • To improve onboarding completion rates, reduce ticket backlog, and strengthen response efficiency across the customer experience team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct KYC checks for new customer sign-ups
  • Contact customers with incomplete documentation
  • Resolve onboarding issues before escalation
  • Provide first responses within a 5-minute SLA
  • Support daily backlog review sessions (4:00 – 5:00 PM)
  • Carry out proactive customer follow-ups

 

Requirements

  • Must reside in Abuja
  • Fluent in Hausa
  • Currently serving (NYSC)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
