Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer questions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc, HND, or OND in a related field with 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
