Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to oversee and evaluate the company’s financial and operational processes.
• The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills and the ability to ensure compliance, risk management, and internal control effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal audit plans and programs.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Conduct periodic financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Identify risk areas and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and best practices.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation.
• Assist management in fraud prevention and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA or equivalent certification mandatory).
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in auditing, accounting, or related financial roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in risk management and internal control systems.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
