Job Summary

  • The French-Speaking Agent is responsible for handling customer interactions in French (and English where required), ensuring excellent service delivery, resolving inquiries, and supporting operational objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in French and English.
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Good at listening, able to pay good attention to users and have empathy.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support sales and operations teams with customer-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.

 

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written); English proficiency required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.
  • Possess good typing speed
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
