Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations, guest services, and staff management at their resort.
- The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and compliance with hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day resort operations and guest services.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Assist in budgeting, procurement, and operational planning.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in resort or hotel management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
