Role Overview

  • We are seeking a performance-driven Professional Social Media Growth Manager who is capable of building, scaling, and optimizing social media accounts through structured systems, data analysis, and strong execution.
  • This role goes beyond content posting, it focuses on sustainable account growth, livestream performance improvement, and measurable conversion outcomes.

 

Core Competencies

Data & Performance Analysis:

  • Strong ability to track and interpret key performance metrics (reach, views, engagement rate, watch time, conversion rate).
  • Conducts structured weekly/monthly performance reviews.
  • Uses data-driven insights to continuously optimize content strategy and livestream structure.
  • Builds repeatable growth systems based on analytics rather than assumptions.

Conversion-Driven Strategy:

  • Prioritizes measurable business outcomes, not just exposure or vanity metrics.
  • Designs content and livestream funnels to drive registrations, participation, DM leads, and repeat engagement.
  • Continuously tests and improves conversion pathways to maximize ROI.

Project & Execution Management:

  • Develops structured content calendars and livestream plans.
  • Ensures timely execution and delivery of planned initiatives.
  • Coordinates cross-department collaboration (marketing, hosts, operations, design).
  • Drives team accountability and performance consistency.

Account Growth:

  • Stable upward trend in reach and views.
  • Growth of real, targeted followers.

Engagement:

  • Increased comments, shares, DMs, and overall engagement rate.

Livestream Performance:

  • Growth in concurrent live viewers.
  • Improved average watch time and retention rate.

Conversion Outcomes:

  • Increase in DM leads.
  • Improved registration and participation rates.
  • Growth in repeat engagement and user retention.

Team Productivity:

  • Consistent content output.
  • Stable quality standards.
  • Efficient and accountable team operations.

Requirements

Educational & Professional Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field (with strong experience)
  • 3–6 years experience insocial media management
  • Proven track record of growing at least one social media account with measurable results
  • Experience managing or leading a content or livestream team is an advantage.

  • Proven experience growing accounts within the Nigerian market.
  • Basic filming and editing skills (mobile shooting, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong English communication skills for coordination with hosts, teams, and external partners.
