Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel staff and coordinate daily activities
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where needed
• Assist with scheduling and shift management
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Support management in achieving operational goals

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good organizational skills.
