Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• D2C Inventory & Fulfilment: Manage inventory replenishment; oversee daily fulfilment with 3PL partners; maintain accurate
• WA stock; reconcile inventory, returns, and transactions with Finance; investigate discrepancies.
• Last-Mile Delivery & Logistics: Track delivery performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency; monitor logistics costs vs D2C sales; support cost optimization initiatives.
• Packaging & Compliance: Track packaging material inventory, usage, and costs; ensure labeling and packaging compliance; coordinate materials for standard, PR, and gift orders; support packaging optimization initiatives.
• Order & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CX and Marketing on order planning, PR/gift fulfilment, campaigns, and launches; support demand planning with accurate consumption data.
• Invoicing & Systems: Generate accurate D2C invoices using Odoo; ensure invoice accuracy and timeliness; support billing issue resolution.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track and report weekly D2C KPIs; identify gaps; support efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.

• Ensure smooth and timely D2C fulfilment across West Africa; maintain high data accuracy; actively contribute to logistics and packaging cost reduction; enable effective demand planning; demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 – 3 years experience.
