Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer located in Abuja.
• The Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing and approving loan applications, managing the loan origination process, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Additionally, the Loan Officer will maintain strong relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and communicate loan terms effectively to borrowers.
• The role entails evaluating financial information, mitigating risks, and ensuring the bank’s objectives align with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Ability to identify good credit opportunities.
• Proficiency in Loan Origination and experience as a Loan Officer.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and expertise in Underwriting processes.
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and lending practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
