 Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of medical products, including medical devices, supporting strategic sales initiatives, and delivering professional guidance to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the product’s features, functionalities, and benefits.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to influence product strategy.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to align product initiatives with business goals.
• Interact with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Conduct product training for internal teams and customers, while ensuring timely resolution of product-related inquiries.
• Support the sales team with clinical and product expertise during client engagements.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments to inform business strategy.
• Assist in product launches and marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring timely releases and updates.
• Monitor product success, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

• Provide periodic sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Medical-related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of previous experience as a Product Specialist
• Great communication skills.
