Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and direct guests and clients in a professional, friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, as well as handle emails and inquiries.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, printing, and scheduling meetings/appointments.
- Monitor visitor access, maintain logbooks, and issue badges.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area and lobby are tidy, clean, and well-organized.
Requirements
- Only an OND or SSCE holder should apply
- 2 years experience.
