Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, coordinating with law enforcement when needed.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and guidelines to safeguard assets and personnel.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff, promoting a culture of discipline and accountability.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and records of security incidents and investigations.
• Develop and conduct security awareness programs for employees and clients to enhance overall security consciousness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a security supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse groups of people.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
