Job Summary

  • The Social Media Manager & Content Creator Executive will be responsible for managing the organization’s social media presence, developing and executing content plans, and creating high-quality digital content.
  • The role requires strong copywriting skills, analytical capability, and hands-on experience in video content creation to support brand visibility and engagement.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Execution:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms in line with brand objectives and guidelines.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all assigned platforms.
  • Monitors comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
  • Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and messaging are consistently applied across all social media outputs.

Content Planning & Creation:

  • Develop and manage a structured content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and key marketing activities.
  • Create engaging social media content, with a strong focus on short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
  • Work closely with internal teams or external partners to deliver content requirements where necessary.

Analytics & Performance Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports highlighting engagement, reach, growth, and key insights.
  • Use data and insights to recommend improvements to content strategy and execution.

Administrative & Team Support:

  • Maintain an organized digital content calendar, deadlines, and posting schedules.
  • Manage documentation related to content plans, approvals, and reports.
  • Support the Brand and Marketing team on digital campaigns, launches, and other brand initiatives as required.
  • Provide general support to the Brand Manager on assigned digital and content-related tasks.

 

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management or digital content roles.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in video content creation and editing.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and report performance.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and respond swiftly in dynamic situations; proactive and open-minded.
