Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification is a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and training.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee matters.
