Job Description
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and space planning layouts.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate design requirements with clients and project stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, planning regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and design compliance.
- Review and approve shop drawings and material submissions.
- Manage design changes and provide technical clarifications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and design documentation.
- Support project delivery from concept through completion.
Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Architecture (ARCON registration preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in design and supervision
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Strong portfolio in designing creativity
- COREN is Compulsory
- PMP is an added advantage.
