Summary
- We are seeking to employ a qualified Lawyer to join its team at its Shagamu Office, Ogun State.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on mining operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian mining, environmental, labor, and corporate laws
- Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and external legal bodies
- Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters
- Support management on legal risk assessment and corporate governance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B); BL qualification and call to the Nigerian Bar
- Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience (experience in mining, construction, or industrial companies is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian mining and corporate laws
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
