Responsibilities
- Overseeing maintenance and operation procedures for the complete manufacturing process and auxiliary services necessary for production.
- Supervise the work of junior staff.
- Input of proper settings on control panels of production equipment.
- Planning and organizing maintenance schedules.
- Assessing project and resource requirements.
- Provision of training for other technical staff.
- Implement routine training programmes for technical and production staff.
- Maintaining quality control standards.
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance on all production and auxiliary equipment.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6 years of work experience.
- Must have experience handling injection moulding machine and plastic Manufacturing.
