Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations on land titles, ownership records, and property transactions.
- Verify land documents, deeds, surveys, and legal agreements.
- Research and compile reports on property histories, encumbrances, and land use restrictions.
- Identify and resolve land disputes, boundary conflicts, and ownership claims.
- Work with government agencies, surveyors, and legal teams to validate property records.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, zoning regulations, and land acquisition policies.
- Interview landowners, witnesses, and relevant stakeholders regarding land matters.
- Maintain detailed records of investigations, findings, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Real Estate Management, Law, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in land investigation, real estate, or legal compliance.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, property documentation, and government regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS mapping, and land registry databases.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to travel and conduct field investigations when necessary.
