Duties / Responsibilities
- Perform quality control tests on components, materials, and finished products
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment
- Create and maintain quality control documentation and reports
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct audits of production processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
- Communicate quality control findings and recommendations to management
Requirements / Skill
- HND / BSc in Laboratory Technology or equivalent
- PET line bottling line experience preferably
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Experience with inspection tools and equipment
- Requires 1+ years of operation in a manufacturing environment.
