Job Summary
- We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Officer to join our team in the production of healthy drinks and food.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of raw materials for production.
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in food and drink production.
- Ensure products meet quality standards, inspecting for defects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Package and label finished products, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with other production staff to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Assist in implementing and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality assurance protocols.
- Help with the maintenance of production equipment as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma/OND.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food production is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Computer literate, strong attention to details and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
