Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, including office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the office environment is conducive to productivity and complies with safety standards.
- Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure smooth workflows.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving internal issues and improving team efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Plan and manage the administrative budget, including expenses related to office supplies, equipment, and services.
Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with service providers.
Maintain and oversee records related to employee attendance, leaves, and administrative activities. - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as required.
- Coordinate with production, HR, and other departments to streamline operations and achieve company objectives.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by providing necessary resources and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in the clothing and textile industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with administrative tools/software.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of clothing and textile industry processes is a plus.
