Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female HR Officer with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- The ideal candidate will manage key HR functions, including payroll, attendance, leave administration, and filing, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle employee deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related tasks.
- Oversee employee attendance using the Biometric Machine and generate attendance reports.
- Address discrepancies and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Manage and track employee leave requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain an up-to-date leave database for all employees.
- Ensure proper filing of employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR documents and handle them in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with recruitment, on boarding, and staff orientation processes as needed.
- Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with a strong focus on payroll, attendance monitoring, and leave administration.
- Proficiency in the use of HR software and Biometric Machines for attendance management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
