Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
- Supervise janitorial and security services.
- Coordinate facility renovations, construction, and maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Monitor and control utility consumption.
- Develop and implement facility management procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors.
- Manage facility budget and expenses.
- Ensure adequate provision of supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years facility management experience (retail or commercial sector preferred).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of facility management best practices and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, facility management software, and budgeting tools.
- Residence in Ikoyi, Yaba, Gbagada, or Surulere highly desirable.
