Job Summary
- The Curriculum Developer at our firm is responsible for creating and enhancing training materials and programs to ensure our employees are well-prepared to meet client needs.
- This role involves developing engaging and effective curriculum content, collaborating with various departments to identify training requirements, and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Designed and developed curriculum and training materials for internal training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Create assessments, interactive activities, and learning resources.
- Review and update existing training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to improve curriculum design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in an outsourcing or similar industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Relationship and communication skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
