Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in inverter systems.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • This role requires strong technical knowledge of inverter systems, excellent sales skills, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for inverter systems.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments for prospective clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of inverter systems, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Experience / Qualifications / skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the inverter systems or related industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of inverter systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B sales within the energy or electrical industry.
  • Technical certification or training related to inverter systems.
  • Established network of contacts within the industry.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy solutions and their market dynamics.
