420CulturenG is a vape shop that also sells coolsmoker accessories, gift sets, air fresheners and more. The store has two branches – one in Lagos and another in the heart of Abuja.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, answer their questions and provide product information both online and offline to ensure a positive and personalised shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records. Help customers find what they need and make recommendations.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging and relevant content for the store’s social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Brand Representation: Represent the store’s brand identity and values both in-person and online. Maintain a professional and professional demeanor at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the store’s products, promotions, and industry trends. Be able to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist with setting up displays, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to interact with customers and team members.
- Capability to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing transactions.
- Comprehensive understanding of the store’s products, features, and benefits to assist customers and make recommendations. In case of lack of knowledge, ability to learn fast is a plus.
- Capability to identify problems, analyze situations, and provide effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms and managing social media accounts effectively.
- Ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions and engaging content for social media platforms and visual merchandising.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records, maintain visually appealing displays, and provide accurate product information.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest products, promotions, industry trends, and social media strategies to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
