Corrugator Operator

Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting for a Corrugator Operator.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and adjust the corrugating machine according to production specifications.
• Operate the machine safely and efficiently, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on finished corrugated board to ensure it meets specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, performing basic maintenance tasks and reporting complex issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with other team members, including the quality assurance department.
• May operate forklifts or other equipment to move raw materials and finished products.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating corrugating machinery (single facer, double backer, stacker) preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot basic machine problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
