Position Overview

  • We need a skilled Hospital Administrator to manage the non-clinical aspects of our hospital. This includes making sure everything runs smoothly between different departments.
  • We’re looking for someone who can lead effectively, think strategically, and promote a culture of improvement and success in our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide non-clinical departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and enforce policies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue streams, implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to cultivate a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between non-clinical and clinical departments.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree is desirable).
  • 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management.
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management, strategic planning, and process optimization.
  • Certification in Healthcare Administration is advantageous.
