What you will be doing
- Develop and implement training programs aligned with the strategic objectives of Lily Hospitals, catering to the needs of both internal staff and external participants.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Training Academy, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities management.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant curriculum and materials.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for various healthcare disciplines, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary.
- Explore opportunities for revenue generation through the Training Academy, including fee-based courses, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, educational institutions, and industry partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies to continuously improve the Training Academy offerings.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational
- Development, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
3-5 years experience in designing and implementing effective training programs, preferably in the healthcare sector. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and technology-driven training solutions.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of trainers and facilitators.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs that meet organizational objectives
- Experience in budget management and revenue generation strategies.
