Description
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process by posting job listings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Maintain employee records, including personal data.
Administration of employee compensation and benefits, PAYE,payroll, pension e.t.c. - Provide support to employees with HR related concerns and inquiries.
- Participate in projects and HR initiatives as required.
- Participate in building and formulation of HR structures and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in Human Resource
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
